Joe Owen’s heart for inner city athletes has inspired many. He personally supported many youth, and he provided scholarships that sent hundreds of athletes to FCA Camp. Owen was instrumental in recruiting more FCA staff in Virginia, and he has worked tirelessly to raise over $1 million for ministry needs. He’s been a faithful supporter,

Richmond, Virginia attorney Samuel J. Kaufman, of the law firm Owen & Owens PLC has been named a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). Kaufman is managing partner of his firm. A 1999 graduate of the University of Richmond, Kaufman received his Juris Doctor degree from the Albany Law School of Union University in 2002.
