Kaitlyn Dobbins and Jay Hale have joined the law firm of Owen & Owens PLC

Owen & Owens PLC is excited to announce that Kaitlyn Dobbins and Jay Hale have joined our firm. Kaitlyn is a 2025 graduate from the University of Richmond School of Law. Last year, she clerked for the Hon. David E. Johnson with Chesterfield County Circuit Court. Kaitlyn’s practice will focus on real estate, estate planning, and civil matters. Jay is also a 2025 University of Richmond School of Law graduate and clerked for the Henrico County Circuit Court judges including the Hon. Rondelle Herman and the Hon. John L. Marshall, Jr. Jay will focus his practice on family law.
