Scott I. Bemberis, Esquire has joined the law firm of Owen & Owens PLC where he will continue his representation of clients in family law matters. He brings over thirty (30) years of experience to his practice and has been recognized by Super Lawyers from 2012 to 2026 and Best Lawyers in America since 2013 as a leading practitioner in family law. Mr. Bemberis has taught continuing education courses on family law topics and serves as a Commissioner in Chancery for the Chesterfield Circuit Court. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond in 1989 and his juris doctorate cum laude from University of Richmond School of Law in 1993.
