Scott I. Bemberis, Esquire has joined the law firm of Owen & Owens PLC where he will continue his representation of clients in family law matters.

Joe is an experienced and well‐respected estate planning and trial lawyer who has achieved large jury verdicts and settlements.

Kaitlyn is a 2025 graduate from the University of Richmond School of Law. Last year, she clerked for the Hon. David E. Johnson with Chesterfield County Circuit Court. Kaitlyn’s practice will be focused on real estate, estate planning, and civil matters.

Jay is a 2025 University of Richmond School of Law graduate and clerked for the Henrico County Circuit Court judges including the Hon. Rondelle Herman and the Hon. John L. Marshall, Jr. Jay will focus his practice on family law.
