Mallory Brennan

Mallory Brennan focuses her practice on family law matters, such as divorce, child custody, visitation, and support. She understands that her clients often bring their cases to Owen & Owens, PLC while facing drastic emotional and financial challenges.

She strives to ease the burdens of her clients through energetic representation, which she tailors to each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

Mallory earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2017. During law school, Mallory served as an intern for the Honorable Judge John A. Gibney, Jr., the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Norfolk, and the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office for the City of Richmond.

In addition to her internships, Mallory worked as a research assistant and held a position as Articles Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review. The University of Richmond School of Law recognized Mallory’s dedication to public service with the Carrico Pro Bono Certificate. Prior to law school, Mallory attended Radford University, where she studied Political Science and Psychology. Mallory graduated with honors as Dean’s Scholar in 2014.

Before she joined Owen & Owens, PLC, Mallory served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judges of the Circuit Court of Henrico County. She also worked as an associate a small law firm in the Richmond area. In her spare time, Mallory spends time with family and friends. She lives in Henrico County with her husband and daughter.
