In addition to his work on the Personal Representation Team, Sam Kaufman leads the Commercial Representation Team at Owen & Owens. As the immediate Past-Chairman of the Chesterfield County Chamber of Commerce, Sam brings with him a practical knowledge of the challenges many businesses face.
