Wyatt J. Taylor has focused his practice on family law matters over the past ten years, specifically with issues relating to divorce, equitable distribution, custody, visitation and support.
He has been helping clients in the Richmond metropolitan area for the last ten years and strives to zealously represent his clients, while providing them with the knowledge to help make the best decisions for their individual case.
Wyatt earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond in 2009 and was a member of the inaugural class to receive the Family Law Certificate.
Additionally, Wyatt was among the first students at the University of Richmond to participate in the Family Law clinic and a charter member of the Family Law Society. He has always had a passion for helping clients with their family law issues. Wyatt served as a research assistant to the late Peter Swisher while studying at Richmond.
Wyatt has been a member of the Chesterfield County Bar Association’s Executive Board for the last five years and is currently the President of the Chesterfield Bar Association. He is also a member of the Metro Richmond Family Law Bar and was a representative for Chesterfield County on the Bench Bar Conference Committee in 2018. Wyatt has called Richmond his home since 2001. He is a baseball fan and enjoys playing all types of sports and outdoor activities.
