Lindsay G. Dugan has dedicated her practice to family law matters for more than a decade, assisting families with divorce, custody, visitation, support, and equitable distribution.
In 2005, Lindsay earned her bachelor’s degree in English at Virginia Tech, and in 2008, she earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, where she began working in the area of family law at the child advocacy center (now public interest law center).
Upon graduation, she moved home to Virginia and has worked with clients since that time to achieve the best possible outcome in their family law cases, whether it is via negotiation or in the Courtroom.
Lindsay is active in a number of local bar associations, including the Chesterfield Bar Association and the Metro Richmond Family Law Bar Association, where she is a past president. She is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyer’s Association and has been named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2021 and 2022. She has also been recognized in Virginia Business’ Legal Elite in 2021.
When she’s not working with clients, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, and she likes to spend her spare time reading and traveling.
